TehSoapbox.net will remain COMPLETELY uninvolved in any and all transactions as an entity beyond moderating the Wheelin' and Dealin' Forum; any moderators that choose to participate in any transactions do so of their own free will and not in their role as moderator.
TehSoapbox.net will NOT allow any transactions that "go to the highest bidder" or are of an auction-like quality. TehSoapbox.net recommends that any such transactions of this sort should utilize an external service, such as eBay.
TehSoapbox.net will allow links to 3rd party auctions (and this will probably reside in a single, free-for-all posting of auctions).
Members should realize that they enter any transactions at their own risk. If a transaction should not end favorably, TehSoapbox.net is NOT the forum to communicate these disputes and/or disagreements and any posts or form of harassment of another user as the result of any disagreements, etc. from a purchase will not be afforded the luxury of a PM warning from the moderators, but will move the member directly to the dreaded "Warned" status.
TehSoapbox.net Moderators will not get involved in any disputes; do not ask them do and do not PM them with your complaints and/or concerns in regards to your transaction(s).
TehSoapbox.net will remain uninvolved, however, in the event that a member is found to be performing any illegal or unsavory activity, a member may, without warning, find themselves banned.
So, in summary:
Do transact and share with the Monkeys.
Don't screw your fellow Monkeys.
Don't drag the moderators into your disputes.
TehSoapbox isn't responsible or liable.
Be reasonable.
Be kind.
